Building Services Technician

Job Summary This position is responsible for the care and maintenance of interiors and exteriors of our facility and campus. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Prepare surfaces including patching, stripping, sanding, ice blasting, pressure washing, etc… Apply finishes including epoxies, stains, paints, varnishes to interior and exterior surfaces Perform exterior cleaning using pressure washing equipment Perform light carpentry in preparation for projects Perform concrete repairs, pothole repairs, brick repairs. Perform grounds maintenance including tree trimming, moving rock or soil Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner Coordinate with contractors or vendors as required for specialized services Maintain accurate maintenance logs and inventory of supplies Support event setup, furniture moves, and minor custodial services as needed Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED); relevant technical training or certifications preferred 2+ years of experience in building maintenance or related Working knowledge of hand and power tools Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and instructions Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Valid driver's license Ability to work indoors and outdoors Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces City Brewery is an Equal Opportunity Employer and all applicants will be considered without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran, or disability status.
