What You'll Be Doing:
Installs new or modifies existing hardware and software Performs system upgrades Evaluates and installs patches to software applications within the credit union for both servers and desktops as well as any 3rd party enterprise applications Maintains company's hardware and software to ensure that back-end functions, systems, computers, servers, and peripheral equipment is operational Assists the Network Administrator with various network related issues Works directly with third party service providers and vendors as needed Manages Active Directory including users, computers, and group policies Maintains and monitors Microsoft office 365 products including endpoint management, Azure AD, Intune, and other typical office suite products Maintains and configures client firewall, anti-virus solution, web and mobile access including 3rd party vendor VPN configuration, monitoring, access requests, and filtering Research, diagnoses, and works to resolve system problems Assists the IT Security Team in implementing recommendations from internal and external assessments and audits Supports leadership and the Sr. Systems administrator in the researching, developing, implementing, and monitoring of new systems and products; May make recommendations and ensures EoL software and hardware is proactively addressed in a timely manner Assists Information Technology Specialists with Help Desk tickets and provides second level technical support for WEST consin Credit Union systems users via remote access, e-mail, telephone, or in-person Hybrid Position based out of Menomonie, WI and will require some onsite work. Must reside in either Wisconsin or Minnesota and ideally within one hour of Menomonie, WI.• What You'll Need to
Be Successful:
