We are looking for talented POS Technician to join our team. This position services the areas in and around Little Rock, AR. Our POS Technicians serve our stand operators on a daily basis. Customer interaction and problem solving skills are a must. Our technicians must be self-starters, able to organize work flow efficiently with little supervision. Technicians must demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and explain technical issues to end-users who may not have a technical background. We operate our stands with a "here to serve" mentality. Compensation based on experience, $17.00 - $22.00 per hour Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance plans Paid Holidays and Vacation Job scope Provide year-round restaurant technical support Maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with all employees, vendors and TBC Help Desk Meet standards set by Tacala for all areas of responsibility Core Responsibilities Deploy and maintain all stand technology POS systems, asset protection security equipment and back of the house operating systems Help desk escalation Respond to internal ticket reporting system Work with the Development, Facilities and Asset Protection departments on all technology for remodel, offset, and new construction buildings Other related duties as necessary Job Qualifications/Requirements High School diploma QSR experience preferred One year experience in a field technician support role preferred Comfortable around technology Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs Ability to work a flexible schedule Effective problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users in order to troubleshoot and find solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and deliver results, meet tight deadlines and targets Ability to meeting physical requirements such as standing, sitting, walking, bending, climbing ladders, lifting and moving up to 75 lbs., reaching, manual dexterity and visual acuity Should be committed to diversity and an inclusive culture
