Plateau Group is seeking an Intermediate level IT Technician to join our team. The Intermediate Technician is responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software, supporting customers with IT questions, ticketing work completed, and supporting high profile military or government personnel as required. This is an onsite position at Ft. Huachuca and requires supporting the 2nd shift .
Responsibilities:
Support daily operations and user support requests 3+ years of IT experience Diagnose and resolve complex hardware faults for end-user devices, network peripherals, and integrated AV systems. Deliver comprehensive physical and logical support for IT assets, including component upgrades, system updates and software deployment- Support student on boarding by validating student network access Facilitate student onboarding by validating network credentials and enforcing logical access control policies Audit and enforce all security requirements during student in-processing to authorize secure network connectivity Provide advanced troubleshooting for student devices and document all technical faults and remediation steps Maintain detailed records of all completed work and system modifications within the local ticketing system Shift differential is included Other duties as assigned

DOD Secret clearance or above CompTIA Security +
