PC Refresh Technician

Description The PC Hardware Refresh Technician will support a large-scale technology refresh initiative for our customer. This role is responsible for the deployment, replacement, and configuration of end-user computing equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical and administrative operations. The technician will work closely with IT teams and end users to deliver high-quality, on-time hardware refresh services in a healthcare environment. Skills Deployment, Windows, Desktop, Microsoft office, Windows 10, Active directory, Hardware troubleshooting, refresh, Assets, Migration, Imaging, Hardware, Office 365, Hardware deployment, hardware refresh Top Skills Details Deployment, Windows, Desktop Microsoft office, Windows 10, Active directory, Hardware troubleshooting, refresh, Assets Migration Additional Skills & Qualifications Perform hardware refresh activities including removal and replacement of desktops, laptops, monitors, peripherals, and related equipment Install and configure hardware according to Sonora Quest and client IT standards Assist with basic software setup, imaging, data migration, and user profile verification Ensure proper connectivity to network, printers, and required applications post-refresh Provide on-site support and basic troubleshooting during and after deployments Communicate clearly and professionally with end users, clinical staff, and IT teams Accurately document work completed, asset tags, serial numbers, and deployment status Follow all security, HIPAA, and safety procedures while working in a healthcare environment Properly package, label, and prepare decommissioned equipment for return or disposal Escalate issues or delays to project leads as needed Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
