Job Description:

Support a large-scale Desktop Refresh Program involving deployment and replacement of desktop and laptop systems Perform system imaging, workstation setup, and installation of peripherals such as monitors, docking stations, and printers Conduct hardware replacement and provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues Provide onsite technical support to judicial staff and end users with a professional, customer-focused approach Track inventory and update ticketing/asset management systems with accurate documentation Follow deployment schedules, rollout timelines, and standard procedures Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume deployment environment Assist with asset tracking and maintain records of deployed equipment

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop support, deployment, or technical support (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Experience deploying and configuring Windows desktop and laptop systems Basic knowledge of workstation imaging and deployment processes. Experience setting up and troubleshooting peripherals (monitors, docking stations, printers) Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow written procedures and deployment schedules Basic troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and connectivity issues Experience updating tickets and documenting completed work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple locations

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting desktop refresh or large-scale deployment projects Familiarity with SCCM, MDT, Intune, Autopilot, or similar tools Experience in enterprise or public sector IT environments Knowledge of Active Directory and basic network troubleshooting Experience with asset tracking and inventory management systems Experience working in high-volume deployment environments.
