$20.00-$26.00 Per Hr Description This role involves providing IT support in outpatient radiology imaging centers. Located in Fresno, CA, this contract position requires troubleshooting various systems and equipment. Candidates must be knowledgeable in general IT technologies and possess strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with leadership to assess and deliver hardware and software needs. Monitor and resolve issues, service tickets, and projects in the area. Visit sites to check in with managers and resolve issues. Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment. Maintain oversight of inventory stock, including ordering and deployment. Qualifications Bachelor''s or Associate''s degree in a related technical field. Strong operational and analytical abilities with excellent communication skills. In-depth knowledge of PC, printer, and network operations. Proficiency in problem determination and resolution.
