Job Description
Part-Time Computer Support Specialist in Los Angeles, USA We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for clients
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updates and backups
- Provide training and instruction to clients on how to use technology effectively
- Research new technology solutions to improve client productivity
- Communicate with vendors for equipment repairs or replacements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills
