We're looking for a Technical Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. What You'll Do As a Technical Engineer, you'll be responsible for testing and troubleshooting a wide range of hardware including voice, networking, server, and storage products from top vendors like Cisco, Extreme, HP, Juniper, Dell, Avaya, and Polycom. You'll work closely with sales operations, management, and other internal teams to ensure quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform hardware testing in line with service level agreements (SLAs) Verify part numbers and upgrade equipment to current standards. Configure and test custom build requests from customers. Resolve
VDRMAI/DRMAI
issues. Collaborate on special projects and other duties as assigned.
What You Bring Education & Experience:
High School diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and training
Technical Skills:
Advanced computer proficiency, especially in Office365 Ability to learn and use proprietary software (WMS, labeling, asset management, test automation) Certifications such as A+, Net+, JNCIA, CCNA (Voice/Wireless), CCNP are a plus
Communication & Other Skills:
Strong written and verbal English communication Ability to interpret technical documents and write procedures. Adaptability, multitasking, and a team-oriented mindset
Work Schedule Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Occasional extended hours during month-end
