In this role, you won't just be "fixing computers

Working closely with the IT Administrator, you'll help manage the technological backbone of a fast-paced media environment. This is a great opportunity for a tech professional who values variety, growth, and the chance to work with a collaborative team dedicated to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Providing timely technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of essential systems.
• Helping manage and monitor network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Performing routine system updates and upgrades to ensure peak performance and security.
• Collaborating with the IT lead to identify and implement infrastructure improvements.

Working hours:

8:00 AM

• 5:00

PM Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. ...
• Prior experience in a similar technical support role.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCITP.

Education:

Associate Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems.
• Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.
