The ideal candidate will be dependable, possess excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal), and be flexible with their schedule, including accommodating last-minute changes and weekend work, which is essential. Self-motivation and the ability to work with limited supervision ​and be able to coordinate the daily workload to meet and exceed client's expectations. Basic knowledge of structured cabling, fiber optics, and network repairs, as well as familiarity with Cisco's command line interface, are considered a plus. Experience in customer support within the hospitality industry or a similarly fast-paced, high-volume environment is advantageous. Low voltage infrastructure certification, as well as certifications in fiber optics and networking (CompTIA or Cisco), are also desirable. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and you must reside in Central Florida and have your own reliable transportation.​ Here's a glimpse into some of the projects you'll be involved in from the start:

• Utilizing our ​proprietary ticketing system to organize and prioritize daily service requests for installations and removals.
• Assisting with the accurate and timely execution of network installations and removals, including running Ethernet cables in various event spaces.
• Configuring both fixed and mobile wireless access points and implementing bandwidth throttling to VLANs on customized networks.
• Providing troubleshooting assistance and support for client issues and requests, as well as assisting fellow Network Technicians with daily operational needs.
• Addressing issues with wall jacks or known infrastructure problems and supporting fiber maintenance activities.
• Contributing to the repair, upgrades, and content management of our managed digital signage solutions.
