Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated IT Associate to join Epc Inc. ! In this role, you will be the backbone of our IT support operations, ensuring seamless technology functioning across our organization. Your energetic approach will help troubleshoot issues swiftly, manage critical infrastructure, and deliver exceptional service to all users. Duties Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues across various operating systems including Windows Troubleshoot software problems and perform installations, updates, and configurations of applications such as Microsoft Office and other productivity tools Manage computer hardware assets, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance Assist with computer networking tasks such as configuring TCP/IP settings, DNS management, LAN setup, VPN access, firewall configurations. Requirements Proven experience providing IT support with strong troubleshooting skills in software and hardware environments Knowledge of computer networking concepts including TCP/IP protocols, DNS management, LAN/WAN configurations, VPNs, firewalls, and network administration tools like Cisco Meraki Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office suite proficiency Ability to manage computer hardware components and perform basic repairs or upgrades as needed Strong communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users Analysis skills for diagnosing system issues quickly and accurately while maintaining excellent customer service standards Join us in empowering our organization through innovative technology solutions! $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
