20 Variable hours/week; 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday - Friday; total hours are limited to 1,000 per calendar year.

Must be able to lift 40 pounds. No benefits are offered for student positions.
THIS IS AN AT-WILL POSITION.
Use the Job ID based on the Position Location as follows Location Job ID 4601 Community Drive, WPB 34706 This is a part-time position assisting the IT Division staff with entry-level technical support for computer systems. Assists with the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices in a networked environment, with routine departmental technology project tasks and device deployments. Provides direct customer support and guidance to staff on the proper use of technology and standard business applications.
QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires qualified applicants to possess the following: Must be 16 years of age or older AND a current student of an accredited schooling program, university, or college.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred qualifications include (must specify on application) : Experience with providing hardware and software support for computers using MS Windows and Office.
