RESPONSIBILITIESPerform basic administration tasks on Windows serverTrack user testing and final implementationMonitor incoming and outgoing data transmissionsComplete objectives in a timely and efficient mannerPlan and perform user training on the business applications supportedProvide technical support for servers, email, and network backupProvide technical services support and assistance to the user community for sequencing hardware, databases, operating systems, PC desktop, voice and data networks, and basic technology infrastructure

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required; 3-4 years of prior work experience and knowledgeKnowledge of Active Directory, systems administration and data center hardware a plusExcellent customer service skillsStrong knowledge/experience with IT ticketing systemsStrong knowledge of support for Windows XP, 7 & 10Strong knowledge of support for Microsoft Office 2016 & Office 365Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS & DHCPWorking knowledge of basic networking concepts (routing, switching, VLANs, port configs, etc)Ability to meet tight timelines and/or deadlinesSurge hires for a variety of top jobs in the area.
