Customer Installation Technician

Fybercom, East Idaho's fastest-growing internet company, is expanding its team and is looking for a reliable and hardworking Installation Technician to join us in our Idaho Falls office. As our technician, you will install, service, and upgrade our customers' networks, including fiber optics and wireless. You will play an essential role in ensuring that our customers receive the best internet service possible.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will install the internet, service customer accounts, and upgrade our network. You will be the face of Fybercom and must maintain a high level of professionalism both inside and outside of work. While prior experience is preferred, it is not required. Travel is required for this position.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, fluency in English, and a clean driving record with no more than one infraction in the last three years. You should also have general knowledge of wireless routers and the internet, be comfortable with heights and walking on roofs, and have the ability to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs over your head. Additionally, you must be self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Spanish language skills are a plus. Join our team today and become a part of the Fybercom family!
