Bachelor's Degree NOTE - looking for someone who has extensively worked on Firewall side and not on networking side. Requirements Palo Alto Networks Firewall Administration Panorama Prisma Key Responsibilities Provide subject matter expertise for Palo Alto, Panorama, and Prisma environments. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for incidents and service requests during EST working hours. Create and maintain network diagrams, firewall rule documentation, runbooks, and operational handover materials. Open change requests, document implementation activities, and perform peer reviews of change plans. Support routing and connectivity technologies including Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), Site-to-Site Virtual Private Network (VPN), and Direct Connect integrations. Share resume at
