Location Requirements To be considered for this role, candidates must reside within IL, WI, IA, or MO . Work locations will vary across healthcare facilities throughout the United States. Travel Requirements Travel is a major part of this role and will stay consistent at 90% . The first 1-6 months of travel will primarily be throughout IL and WI for training and onboarding. Travel will later expand to customer sites across the US. Overnight hotel stays are common All travel expenses are covered up front by the company Responsibilities Install, configure, test, and support healthcare IT equipment and connected systems at customer sites Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues during installations and deployments Support customers during implementation projects and go-live events, ensuring successful deployment outcomes Collaborate with internal teams, customer IT staff, and healthcare personnel to complete installations and resolve issues Maintain accurate documentation, service logs, and communication throughout each project Follow established implementation procedures and best practices while assisting with setup, configuration changes, and issue resolution Provide professional, customer-focused experience from installation through post deployment support Desired Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in IT support, technical support, deployment, installation, field service, or related technical roles Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, or connectivity issues Comfortable working hands-on with computers, devices, cabling, and technical equipment Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and adapt in fast-paced environments Willingness to travel extensively and work onsite at healthcare facilities Basic understanding of networking concepts preferred CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications are helpful but not required Healthcare IT experience is a plus, but not required Associate degree, technical training, or equivalent experience preferred Special Physical Requirements Candidate must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs. unassisted Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, climbing, crouching/squatting, kneeling/crawling, sitting, and Ability to reach above and below shoulder level and maintain good hand and finger dexterity Specific vision abilities may include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and color vision Other Requirements Must maintain a valid Driver's License Willingness to be available after hours, including occasional weekends, for critical issues or deployment support Willingness to travel extensively throughout the US Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Employer-paid Life Insurance + AD&D Paid time off Retirement plan Compensation Salary between $65,000 depending on experience.
