The Opportunity:

The Installation & Network Support Technician is responsible for equipment installations and equipment removal, the implementation of document management strategies via new equipment installations, software implementations, as well as assisting with some of the network services and training provided for customers.

Core Qualifications:

Networking and Software management knowledge Skilled network device experience Excellent skills in installing, maintaining, and integrating network devices Strong proficiency in SMB, SMTP, and TCP/IP protocols Superior knowledge of wireless networks, routers, and network topology Sound time management and problem-solving abilities Critical thinking skills Must be highly self-motivated, professional, friendly, outgoing and have the ability to work independently Strong drive to meet and exceed goals Ability to build relationships with customers and listen to their needs Strong communication skills, written and verbal Exceptional attitude

Current Valid Driver's License Job Responsibilities:

• Unboxing and preparing equipment for installation
• Installation process of equipment including copiers, printers, wide format and production equipment
• Technical set up and troubleshooting
• Provide equipment training on site with customers
• Best practices around refurbishing equipment
• Helpdesk/Print/Scan Tickets
• Heavy lifting required
• Communicate effectively with admin team on installation schedule and process
