This individual will play a hands-on role deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting equipment in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Deploy and install IT hardware including desktops, monitors, printers, copiers, label printers, dashboards, and related equipment Unbox, stage, and prepare devices for deployment Provide on-site support during hardware rollouts and go-live events Troubleshoot basic technical issues during installation and setup Ensure all equipment is properly configured, tested, and fully functional Assist with post go-live testing and end-user support
