Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a few Deployment Technicians to support a large healthcare customer. The Deployment Technician is responsible for assisting in the set-up of a new Hospital downtown Indianapolis. Day to day responsibilities may include: to install, configure, test, and support technology deployments in active healthcare environments (desktops, printers, laptops etc.). This role works closely with hospital IT, clinical staff, and project teams to ensure hardware is deployed accurately, function as intended, and align with clinical workflows. The technician performs on-site troubleshooting, supports go‑live activities, documents deployment activities, and ensures compliance with hospital safety, security, and privacy standards. Success in this role requires strong technical aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while adapting to fast‑paced, patient‑care settings.
