Pref. ): Install, maintain, replace, and repair Point of Sale systems at customer sites or remotely Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions Provide training and support to customers as needed Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used Communicate with customers and team members in a professional and courteous manner Adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or technical certification a plus Strong technical skills and knowledge of POS systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to travel Willingness to work flexible hours and sometimes on weekends Strong Work Ethic Team Player and willingness to train others Previous POS experience a plus Previous Restaurant experience a plus Must be 21+

Physical Qualifications:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to climb ladders and work at heights up to 30 feet Ability to work in confined spaces and in various weather conditions Must be able to be on your feet up to 12 hours at a time and withstand variable temperature conditions
