Job Description:

We're looking for a Desktop Refresh Technician to support a large-scale Windows 10 device refresh initiative. This is a hands-on, role focused on deploying, replacing, and re-imaging end-user machines using standardized enterprise tools. What You'll Do Refresh and replace desktops and laptops as part of an enterprise PC lifecycle project Deploy Windows 10 images using

SCCM / MECM

task sequences Migrate user data and settings to new or rebuilt devices Install required applications, patches, and drivers Troubleshoot imaging, deployment, and hardware issues Update asset inventories and document completed refreshes Provide basic end-user support during refresh appointments What We're Looking For 1+ years of desktop support or deployment experience Hands-on experience with Windows 10 imaging and SCCM Familiarity with Active Directory, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting Experience supporting device refresh, upgrade, or rollout projects Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to follow standardized processes in a fast-paced environment Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
