Network Technician

DENPRO is seeking a skilled and motivated Network Technician to join our growing team. DENPRO is an IT consulting firm based in Southern Maryland, providing comprehensive IT solutions to small and enterprise-level organizations nationwide. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires up to 50% travel to support client locations. Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices including firewalls, switches, and access points Diagnose and resolve network issues such as outages, connectivity failures, performance degradation, cabling, NIC issues, and TCP/IP configuration Provide remote and on-site support for client locations nationwide, including site-to-site connectivity Perform setup, configuration, and routine maintenance of network switches at remote sites Manage and support DNS and DHCP services Document network configurations and troubleshooting procedures Required Skills Strong network troubleshooting experience Working knowledge of LAN/WAN environments Network hardware configuration and performance tuning Ability to follow established procedures and processes Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional customer-facing skills Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in computer networking Valid driver's license required Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time High school diploma or equivalent required Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred CCNA certification strongly preferred Excellent customer service skills; self-starter with a willingness to learn
