Our client, Collins Aerospace, is hiring an Incident Manager to join their team in Annapolis, MD!- This is a 1-year W2 contract with benefits
- | •MID (overnight) SHIFT 11pm-7:30am EST•As the Incident Manager , you will support a Tier 2 Network Operations Center (NOC), monitoring and resolving network and system incidents within a 24/7 operational environment .
Responsibilities:
Monitor network management systems and respond to incidents in real time Troubleshoot and resolve network, system, and application issues Escalate complex incidents and collaborate with senior team members Track and document incidents accurately within ITSM tools Support high-availability IP networks, messaging systems, and communication platforms Manage multiple incidents simultaneously , prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environmentDesired Skills:
Network+ Certification (required) This position requires AA/AS degree or other 2-year post high school training with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience OR HS Diploma/GED with 2 years of experience Knowledge of TCP/IP networking andITIL/ITSM
practices Experience troubleshooting Cisco devices Familiarity with routing protocols such as BGP andHSRP CCNA
