Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Gaming Machine Technical Support specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting our gaming machines and related infrastructure. Your expertise will ensure seamless operation of gaming equipment, providing an engaging experience for our guests while maintaining high standards of technical excellence. Responsibilities Provide technical support for gaming machines, including troubleshooting to minimize downtime Maintain and update gaming machines, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware devices used in gaming environments Skills Proven experience and/or education in technical support with a focus on troubleshooting and hardware maintenance Strong knowledge of computer management, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and IT infrastructure components Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware issues effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills Analysis skills to identify root causes of technical problems quickly and accurately Join us to be part of an energetic team committed to delivering top-tier gaming experiences through innovative technology support.
