PR) is currently seeking a Sr. Support Analyst reporting to the Infrastructure Manager in Midland, Texas. This position will be responsible for providing technical support and light system/ network administration in the Midland office. The ideal candidate will have strong technical as well as communication skills and be able to contribute his/her expertise while working on multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment. General Responsibilities Provides front-line PC, Network and Telephony support to users Administrative tasks (AD, GPO, file permissions etc.) with guidance as required Basic network troubleshooting skills (DNS, DHCP, traceroute, IP subnetting, VLAN, Ethernet) Understanding of end-user support for M365 platform and applications (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, OWA) Owns support of AV equipment in conference rooms Uses and maintains OS and application deployment services (SCCM) Maintains inventory and assists in establishing recommendations for equipment procurement Drives to complete work efforts in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities Customer centric and positive attitude toward customer issues. Demonstrates a strong troubleshooting methodology Identifies, suggests, plans, implements and documents potential procedural improvements with guidance as required Follows and helps to develop repeatable procedures for successful deployment and administration of IT assets Collaborates with other IT team members Minimum Qualifications Knowledge of Windows Operating systems Knowledge of basic computer hardware, including laptops, printers, and cell phones Three (3) years' experience in IT or a related discipline Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related discipline Help Desk experience Permian Resource is an equal opportunity employer.
