Job Description

Support Technician - Join Our Dynamic Tech Support Team and Make a Difference! Are you passionate about solving technical challenges and delivering exceptional customer service? Company is seeking a motivated Support Technician to provide top-tier technical support for offices across the Las Vegas area and beyond. This remote role offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team, travel to client locations, and make a real impact in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site visits to address service requests within Las Vegas, Reno, Colorado, and other locations as needed, with all travel expenses covered. Independently troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions. Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance support operations. Accurately document work, time, and solutions in our ticketing system and job sheets.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems, particularly Windows 10 and 11. Hands-on experience resolving common end-user issues like printers, network connectivity, email, and cabling. Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly and effectively to clients. Strong attention to detail in documentation and follow-through. A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to act quickly and efficiently. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, with company reimbursing mileage and expenses. Have Skills:
Experience with Office 365 and Azure Domains. Knowledge of VOIP phone systems (Vonage experience a plus). Familiarity with Windows Server OS, MS Intune, and Active Directory. Experience working with dental hardware/software. Military background highly desirable.
Preferred Education & Experience:
Prior experience in technical support or an IT-related field. A background demonstrating problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
Other Requirements:
Must be willing to travel to client locations, including overnight stays if necessary. No background check required beyond standard procedures. This is a 6 month contract with potential to convert to full time. Pay rate is $25-28/hr. #LI-BA1 #TECH
