Essential Duties:

Lead installation, configuration, grounding, patching, and cutover of network devices in NIPR and SIPR environments Perform advanced troubleshooting of switching, routing, VLANs, and fiber transport issues Validate compliance with configuration baselines and security requirements Support NIP/ITF lab builds and hardware validation Coordinate Tier 2 field support activities and provide escalation to engineering Ensure proper cable management, bonding, and labeling standards are enforced Execute firmware updates and vulnerability remediation Assist the NOC when on-site hands-on activities are required

Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field OR Cisco

CCNA/CCNP

certification 5-8 years of enterprise network support experience Demonstrated experience supporting secure DoD networks DoD 8140 compliant certification required Experience with fiber testing equipment and structured cabling standards Experience working with US Air Force structure (Preferred) Standard (M-F) with on-call rotation 24x7x365
