CCC Technician II

Essential Job Duties:

Responsible for hardware assembly and software programming of physical security and network devices such as cameras, NVRs, access points, switches, etc. Responsible for communicating with internal and external customers to develop and deploy customer specific software configurations Responsible for coordinating and maintaining daily production requirements Responsible for performing new order assessment and determining requirements for order completion including networking requirements, First Article process and associated testing Responsible for maintaining exceptional quality standards Responsible for reporting and documentation requirements Responsible for performing special projects and other miscellaneous duties as requested by management Provides support for all CCC Team Leads as necessary

Reporting Relationships:

Receives supervision from CCC management Daily contact with coworkers, sales, technical support, product manufacturers, customer support, & customers, in person and by phone

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent is required Technical degree or equivalent work experience required. A+, Network+, or other technical cert is a plus but not required Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization Ability to work in a team environment and be open to change Must possess good number aptitude and reconciliation skills Must be detail oriented and accurate Must be technically oriented and possess a good working knowledge of IP network setup, Microsoft software usage and deployment

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 30 pounds infrequently Must be able to understand basic English Sitting at a computer terminal for extended periods of time Job also requires some overtime hours, including weekends An essential function for this position, based on business necessity, is that the employee must be physically in attendance at his/her workstation at the designated company office location during the normal business hours designated for the position
