You should not have to leave the Hi-Line to build a strong career in technology. First Call is looking for a dependable, curious, people-focused person in or near Harlem, Montana, to help local organizations keep their computers, networks, users, and systems working. This role may be a fit for an experienced IT technician-or for someone with strong customer service skills, mechanical aptitude, and a real interest in technology who wants to be trained.

What You'll Do:

You'll help client organizations solve everyday technology problems. That may include setting up computers, helping users, troubleshooting, helping administer Google Workspace, working with printers and networks, doing projects, and coordinating with the broader First Call technical team.

Fit If You Have Experience With:

Computers, gaming PCs, phones, Wi-Fi, printers, Microsoft Office, customer service, office administration, troubleshooting equipment, cars, ag equipment, or helping friends and family solve tech problems.

Harlem, Montana Schedule:

Full-time and onsite at client location. We may consider a training path for the right candidate.

Compensation:
