Job Description

Computer Support Associate I (Infrastructure Engineer)
Comp:
25.50 + PTO, medical, dental vision, 401k
Schedule:
Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Overview This is an onsite Tier 2 deskside support role supporting end users with device deployment, system upgrades, and day-to-day IT operations. The position is very hands-on and requires strong technical troubleshooting skills along with the ability to follow established processes and documentation. Key Responsibilities Deploy new computers and replace outdated hardware across the organization Perform Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrades and ensure successful user transitions Image, configure, and set up desktops and laptops for end users Manage IT asset lifecycle including tracking, updating, and disposal Maintain accurate records and update tickets within ServiceNow Follow knowledge base articles and established procedures to resolve issues Troubleshoot hardware and software issues within defined support scope Identify recurring issues and escalate when outside standard processes Support general IT operations including equipment setup and maintenance Lift and move hardware such as computers and printers (up to 50 lbs) Technical Qualifications Solid understanding of basic networking and desktop support concepts Experience with scripting tools such as PowerShell or Python Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard enterprise applications Working knowledge of IT security concepts and best practices Ability to troubleshoot issues using documented solutions and processes Additional Requirements Strong communication skills and ability to document work clearly Ability to follow structured processes and operate independently Comfortable working in a physically active, hands-on environment Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally if needed 1+ year of IT experience preferred; strong recent graduates will be considered Education Degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience High School diploma or equivalent required #LI-DO1 #INDEPI
