Full Job Description Title:

Epic Deployment Technician Schedule:

8am-5pm

Duration :

9-month contract with possible extension/conversion

Must Haves:

Minimum 2 years' experience with technology deployment Must be comfortable imaging, deploying & testing software Basic Epic exposure Basic VDI Knowledge Experience troubleshooting basic hardware & software issues and working directly with end users. Excellent communication

Plusses:

Experience with Service Desk Plus Previous deployment project experience preferred

Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking two Junior Deployment Technicians to support a large-scale device rollout for a healthcare client in North Jersey. These technicians will assist with deploying laptops, desktops, and peripherals in a Windows environment for the main hospital and Epic training rooms. Responsibilities include hardware setup, device swaps, cable management, and imaging/configuring devices. Candidates should have a basic understanding of troubleshooting, experience working with ticketing systems, and exposure to Epic. Once rollout is complete, they will be responsible for providing post-go-live technical support to ensure continued efficiency. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow a structured deployment schedule to meet project deadlines are essential.

Pay:

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
