They must be able to promote the company, co-workers, clients, and partners. Must be able to represent themselves as a responsible, professional, and driven representative of the CamNet culture at all times. We are currently hiring an MSP Technical Lead to oversee and support multiple client environments, develop a deep understanding of their infrastructure, and proactively recommend improvements to performance, reliability, and security. This is a client-facing role that requires strong technical expertise, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical lead for assigned client accounts. Learn, manage, and document client networks, servers, systems, and infrastructure. Provide proactive recommendations to improve IT performance, security, and operational efficiency. Manage and support LAN, WAN, VPN, server, and network environments. Oversee system monitoring, backups, patching, and routine health checks. Lead networking and infrastructure projects from implementation through completion. Provide onsite support and advanced technical escalation assistance as needed. Collaborate with senior engineers, account managers, and leadership teams. Assist with client account management and long-term technology planning. Requirements 4-5 years of IT administration, network administration, or MSP experience. Strong experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking, and cybersecurity best practices. Experience configuring and troubleshooting switches, routing, firewalls, and network infrastructure. Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft certifications preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and client relationship skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
