Project-Based Overview We are seeking a reliable IT Deployment Technician for a one-day iPad refresh project in Las Vegas. The technician will be responsible for replacing targeted iPads, configuring new devices, validating user functionality, and preparing old devices for return shipment. This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism when working with end users, and experience with mobile device setup and deployment processes. Scope of Work Replace only the iPads identified on the approved target device list Collect new equipment from onsite point of contact, including: iPad Protective case Identify users associated with targeted devices using provided documentation Configure new iPads following provided setup documentation and procedures Install required applications and verify functionality User Validation & Support Confirm with users that the replacement device is fully functional for their job duties Provide basic user assistance during deployment Escalate technical or project-related issues to designated support contacts MDM & Device Verification Verify devices are successfully enrolled into Microsoft Intune / MDM Ensure all required applications and settings are properly configured Device Return & Shipping Prepare old iPads for return shipment using provided packaging materials Attach provided FedEx labels to shipping boxes Coordinate handoff of packaged devices to onsite point of contact Maintain accurate tracking of replaced devices and serial numbers

Number of devices installed Old serial number to new serial number mapping Intune enrollment status Quantity of devices prepared for shipment Provide completion summary to Vendor Manager and onsite contact before departure Qualifications Experience with iPad deployments, refresh projects, or mobile device support Familiarity with MDM/Intune enrollment processes preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to follow SOP documentation precisely Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable working independently onsite

Pay:

$33.00 - $35.00 per hour
