We're hiring two full-time IT Technicians to join our onsite team in Lancaster, Ohio.

Responsibilities Provide Tier 1-3 helpdesk support for managed services clients Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoints (Windows, Microsoft 365) Monitor and respond to alerts using our RMM platform (Atera) Support cybersecurity tools including SIEM monitoring, email protection, and backup/recovery Conduct onsite client visits for new deployments, hardware swaps, and troubleshooting Assist with physical security installations (cameras, alarm systems) as needed Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours escalations Document work in ticketing system accurately and thoroughly Requirements 3+ years of IT support or managed services experience CompTIA A+ certification (or equivalent experience) Strong troubleshooting skills — hardware, networking, Windows environments Experience with Microsoft 365 administration Clean driving record and reliable transportation (client visits required) Strong communication skills
Preferred:
