Jun 03, 2026 2:13 AM (UTC) Job Description System Support Technician II Annual salary range commensurate with training and experience.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or (additional education preferred) Associate Degree and/or technical training with a Chrome OS/Windows background, etc.
  • Minimum one year experience in maintaining computers, printers and networking systems (Windows OS, iOS, & Chrome OS).
  • Working knowledge of Chrome OS and Windows OS.
  • Chromebook repair knowledge skills are a plus.
  • Experience in any computer hardware physical repair.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Problem solving skills and solid troubleshooting skills.
  • Possess organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with other people in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to install/configure/diagnose/deploy Apple, Chrome and/or Windows based computers.
  • Desire to learn new skills and willingness to seek solutions to processes and workflows
  • Must be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability and willingness in training end users and student interns and aides.
  • Familiar with system installation, configuration and maintenance.
  • Basic knowledge and/or experience in network function and/or server equipment.
  • Ability to do work that often requires a ladder, lifting heavy objects and moving of equipment.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle that may be used on the job.
  • History of good job attendance.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
