Full Job Description Job Purpose:
To diagnose bow issues and complete bow repairs.
Essential Duties:
Diagnose issues with bows and complete bow repairs Provide support to customers over the phone regarding bow repairs. Record all necessary paperwork; Secure payments from customers; Filling bins; Test bows; Putting bows in S Warehouse Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent Computer proficiency and ability to use the software required to complete warranty paperwork; knowledge of Epicor is preferred, but not required. General knowledge of archery equipment, compound bow mechanics, and triggers.

Full-time Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
