About this Position The IT Technician provides professional and technical expertise to support enterprise technology services, ensuring alignment with OSU/A&M System goals, compliance requirements, and departmental priorities. This position is responsible for performing specialized operational, technical, or analytical tasks within the assigned domain. The IT Technician is an entry-level role designed for individuals beginning their careers in information technology. You will gain hands-on experience across a wide range of IT domains—including hardware troubleshooting, software installation, customer service, and operations. Team members rotate through different service areas, developing versatile skills with support from training and mentorship programs.
