CURRENTLY ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR ALL POSITIONS UNTIL FILLED. JOB DESCRIPTION - TEMPORARY
Provide technical support for Wi-Fi lock provisioning, including device setup, network configuration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Troubleshoot connectivity issues Ensure secure access control integration Document procedures Assist customers remotely Collaborate with teams to maintain system reliability, perform updates, and deliver excellent service while meeting performance and security standards, consistently always. Other duties assign by Manager.
COMPETENCIES EDUCATION
: Requires a high school diploma or
GED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
: Must have good interpersonal skills Must be able to learn and effectively use all equipment to provide technical support Must have customer service experience
