A local Credit Union in Oregon City, OR is hiring a Deployment Technician to join the team for a short term project!Job Duties:
Physical Setup & Relocation:
Disconnect, pack, transport, and reconnect computers, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals (printers, scanners, keyboards).Deployment:
Unbox and assemble new hardware, ensuring all components are accounted for and properly tested before user handover.Cable Management:
Route and secure all wiring (Ethernet, power, video) neatly to maintain organized and safe workstations.System Configuration:
Perform initial imaging/re-imaging of computers and configure basic network settings to ensure immediate connectivity.Asset Management:
Maintain accurate inventory records, including serial numbers and workstation locations, throughout the relocation process.Post-Move Support:
Provide on-site troubleshooting for end users immediately following a move to resolve hardware or connectivity issues.Qualifications:
SCCM imaging experienceHardware Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of PC internal components, peripherals, and mobile devices.Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift and carry IT equipment weighing up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.Technical Troubleshooting:
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network connectivity problems. Attention toDetail:
Precision in labeling equipment and organizing cable layouts.Communication:

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00- $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
