Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a PC Refresh Technician. This role is fully on-site in Middletown, PA The successful candidate will assist with the deployment and management of IT equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Responsibilities Inventory and organize IT equipment Unbox and prepare desktops, laptops, monitors, and accessories Apply Windows 11 OS image using SCCM and Intune Install software in Windows 11 environment Update asset records in ServiceNow Deploy assets as required Assist with decommissioning old equipment Qualifications High School Diploma Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Basic knowledge of Windows OS and imaging tools Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely Good communication and time management skills Must pass state and national background check Engagement Requirements Resources must abide by all published IT Standards Strict schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch and no overtime Business casual attire (jeans acceptable) All tools and equipment provided by the company Benefits PEAK's benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care Savings Account (DCA), and 401K plan.
