Job Description:
Performs routine tasks such as phone setup, voicemail configuration, password resets, and basic user support. Responds to low-complexity service tickets and escalate issues as appropriate. Provides on-site and remote support for common voice and telephone issues. Performs basic troubleshooting of voice related equipment. Supports routine maintenance activities following established procedures. Assists in maintaining inventory of telecommunications equipment and supplies. Documents work performed, service requests, and updates according to standards. Coordinates with team members on basic voice and data cabling activities as needed. Learns and adheres to organizational policies, security standards, and compliance requirements. Works collaboratively with team members to support system reliability and customer satisfaction. Participates in training and skill development related to voice technologies. Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Basic verbal and written communication skills. [Preferred] Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures. [Preferred] Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. [Preferred] Ability to work effectively as part of a team. [Preferred] Familiarity with telephones, computers and office equipment. [Preferred] Foundational knowledge of voice, PBX, and VoIP concepts. [Preferred]
