In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing our network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and security across our organization. Your expertise will help facilitate efficient network operations, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement innovative solutions that drive business success. Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems. Perform routine network maintenance checks and system backups. Assist end-users with IT-related problems and respond to their inquiries. Document system configurations, upgrades, and changes. Evaluate and recommend new hardware and software solutions. Collaborate with IT team members on larger projects. Keep updated with the latest IT trends and advancements. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot security camera systems.

Qualifications:

4 years of experience in a computer/network technician role or a related field. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts. Familiarity with common networking equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues. Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices. Good communication skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA) are a plus.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
