Job Description
Easton Technology Group is a boutique MSP serving established Oklahoma businesses across several industries. We're not break-fix — our clients pay us to standardize their infrastructure, document everything thoroughly, and be reachable when something is actually broken. About the role Hours are variable — some weeks are light, some are heavier when a client project is moving or alerts spike. We pay for the work, not for seat time. If you need a guaranteed 20+ hours every week, this isn't the right fit. If you want flexible part-time MSP work with the option to grow into more hours as we expand, read on. During ticket hours, you'll: Triage and respond to alerts across our monitoring stack Handle Tier 1-2 support tickets from end users — M365 issues, account changes, endpoint problems, printer/peripheral issues, etc. Escalate cleanly with documentation when something needs the owner's attention During downtime, you'll: Take on project work matched to what you're good at — runbook buildouts, M365 tenant work, network documentation, migration tasks Improve our internal documentation as you work tickets What we're looking for Prior MSP or multi-client IT experience is a strong plus — you'll ramp much faster Comfortable in M365 admin, basic networking (DHCP, DNS, VPN, firewall rules), and Windows server/endpoint troubleshooting Writes clear tickets and clean documentation — this matters as much as the technical fix Self-directed — you'll often be working alone and need to know when to ask vs. when to figure it out Reliable communication on chat during your working windows If you've worked break-fix or in-house IT and want to try the MSP side, we'll consider you — just be honest about your experience in your application.
