Job Description

MSP Support Technician - Tier 2 Zyis Digital Hollywood, FL Job Details Full-time $60,000 - $65,000 a year 2 hours ago Benefits Mileage reimbursement Paid holidays Paid time off Referral program Qualifications Teamwork Windows Driver's License Driving Organizational skills IT Full Job Description About Full Circle MSP Full Circle MSP is a growing managed service provider based in [location], supporting small and mid-sized businesses across South Florida. Our clients range from healthcare practices to professional services firms, and we pride ourselves on responsive support, modern tooling, and a team that actually likes working together. As we grow, we're looking for techs who want to grow with us — not just close tickets. Position Summary We're hiring a Level 2 Technician to join our team. You'll handle a wide range of IT work across multiple client environments — from day-to-day troubleshooting to assisting on larger projects like migrations and cybersecurity rollouts. This role is a strong fit for someone with solid fundamentals who's ready to deepen their skills alongside senior engineers. Key Responsibilities Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Office 365, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments. Assist with Intune device management — enrollments, policies, compliance, and application deployments. Configure, maintain, and support Windows Servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, and related infrastructure. Handle PC installations, imaging, and deployments using tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM). Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network equipment — firewalls, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi — with hands-on work in Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti UniFi, and SonicWall platforms. Assist with backup solutions (on-prem and cloud) and ensure data integrity across client systems. Support line-of-business applications including EMR/EHR (healthcare), QuickBooks, and other industry-specific tools. Troubleshoot peripherals such as printers, scanners, copiers, and medical devices (training provided for specialized equipment like EKG and ultrasound systems). Provide on-site and remote support, ensuring quick turnaround on tickets. Maintain detailed documentation in our ticketing, asset management, and client record systems. Assist with network cabling, rack organization, and hardware installations. Collaborate with senior engineers on larger projects — server migrations, cloud transitions, cybersecurity implementations, and system upgrades. Monitor and respond to alerts from RMM and EDR tools (Syncro, NinjaOne, SentinelOne, Guardz, Huntress, etc.). Follow up on open issues and maintain strong client relationships through clear, professional communication. Qualifications & Skills 2-4 years of IT support experience, preferably in an MSP environment. Strong working knowledge of Office 365, Azure AD, and Intune administration. Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti UniFi, and SonicWall network equipment (firewalls, switches, access points). Solid understanding of networking fundamentals — DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, and firewall rule management. Working knowledge of cybersecurity practices, patching, and vulnerability management. Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-first mindset. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfort working independently while knowing when to escalate to senior engineers. Nice to Have Industry certifications (CompTIA Network+/Security+, Microsoft MS-900/AZ-104, SonicWall CSSA, Meraki CMNA). Experience supporting healthcare clients or HIPAA-regulated environments. Physical & Other Requirements Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (PCs, networking gear, UPS units, etc.). Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Reliable personal transportation for travel to client sites. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience. Paid time off and paid holidays. Mileage reimbursement [or company vehicle for qualifying roles]. Hands-on experience with modern IT tools, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity solutions (Meraki, SonicWall, Intune, SentinelOne, Huntress, and more). Real opportunities for growth — we promote from within and support certifications and continuing education. A collaborative team environment where your work is visible and appreciated.
