This role exists to restore service fast, elevate the user experience, and strengthen reliable IT operations. Key responsibilities include owning incidents and service requests end-to-end; diagnosing issues across desktops, laptops, printers, Microsoft 365, connectivity, VPN, and business apps; escalating complex problems and tracking them through closure; provisioning and maintaining accounts/access in Active Directory / Entra ID; supporting onboarding/offboarding with secure access changes; assisting with endpoint management via Intune/Autopilot; monitoring scheduled processes and file transfers; performing backups/restores and retransmissions; and contributing to security, audit evidence, and PCI DSS-aligned controls.
Required qualifications/skills:
3-5 years IT support experience; Associate's degree required (Bachelor's preferred) Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer-focused communication Familiarity with Windows 10/11, ITSM tools (e.g., SysAid), Defender/CrowdStrike, BitLocker, MFA, TCP/IP Your Daily Momentum You start with a quick scan of the ticket queue and system alerts, then jump into a mix of fast wins and deeper investigations-keeping stakeholders updated as you go.
