We are a growing Managed IT provider supporting a wide range of technologies including Microsoft 365, servers, networking, infrastructure projects, and structured cabling We are looking for a dependable Level 2 technician who enjoys troubleshooting real-world infrastructure issues and working directly with business clients. This is not an entry-level helpdesk position. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair Windows desktops and laptops Support Microsoft 365 and Exchange environments Assist with Windows Server administration and troubleshooting Deploy and support systems using NinjaOne RMM Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment Work with switches, wireless systems, and firewalls Install and terminate occasional Cat6 network cabling Provide both remote and on-site support for business clients Document work clearly in the ticketing system Requirements 2+ years of IT support experience Strong Windows troubleshooting skills Understanding of DHCP, DNS, networking basics, and business environments Experience working with servers Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Professional communication skills Valid driver's license Preferred Experience MSP experience NinjaOne experience Aruba Instant On experience Microsoft 365 administration Structured cabling experience Firewall or switch configuration experience Compensation & Benefits depends on experience Company vehicle provided for work-related travel Paid holidays and PTO Exposure to infrastructure and project work Growth opportunities into senior engineering roles Work Environment We are a small, fast-moving team where technicians work directly with clients and solve a wide variety of technical issues.
