Low Voltage Technician

Telecommunications Technician 📍 Gallatin, TN We're looking for a Telecommunications Technician to support network and communications infrastructure projects in the Greater Nashville area. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with telecom systems, and being part of a collaborative technical team. What You'll Be Doing Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications systems and related equipment Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot network and connectivity issues Configure and program telecom devices and systems Support VoIP, PBX systems, routers, switches, and structured cabling Work closely with team members to ensure reliable network performance Provide technical support and issue resolution for end users Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and equipment Follow safety guidelines and industry standards Stay current with evolving telecom technologies What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus) Prior experience in telecommunications or a related technical field Working knowledge of routers, switches, cabling, VoIP, and PBX systems Familiarity with basic network protocols Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Gallatin, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
