4 Months (July-October) - rolling contract Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic, adaptable, and proactive Field Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and is comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Flexibility, strong technical expertise, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities Supports deployment, integration, and troubleshooting of end-user devices including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Provides hands-on support for Epic and other healthcare applications in clinical environments. Performs device imaging, configuration, deployment, and hardware/software upgrades. Partners with IT teams, clinical staff, and leadership to ensure smooth technology transitions and minimal disruption to operations. Documents technical issues, resolutions, and support processes while traveling to client sites as needed for integration and go-live support. Qualifications Experience providing end-user support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, and enterprise software applications. Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, operating systems, and basic network connectivity issues. Familiarity supporting Epic and other clinical applications within healthcare environments. Proficient with Windows operating systems, device imaging, deployment, and standard enterprise IT tools. Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities when supporting both technical and non-technical users. Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while managing multiple priorities. Experience collaborating with clinicians, operational leaders, and IT teams to resolve issues and support technology initiatives. Flexible and willing to travel to healthcare facilities to provide on-site support during implementations, upgrades, and go-live events.
