Deployment Technician (Entry Level) About CTS Mobility CTS Mobility is a fast-growing nationwide provider of IT services for connected mobile computing and advanced network solutions. From our headquarters in Austin, Texas, we support Fortune 500 clients and top technology partners such as Apple, Verizon, Cradlepoint, and Samsung. About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual who wants to start their career in the technology field. As a Deployment Technician, you'll be hands-on with preparing and configuring devices such as tablets, laptops, and smartphones for our customers. This is an entry-level position — no advanced IT experience required. If you're comfortable with technology, enjoy working with your hands, and want to grow in the tech/deployment space, this could be the right fit for you. What You'll Do Apply screen protectors, cases, and accessories to devices. Insert SIM cards and configure devices. Perform basic setup and software configuration. Check devices for quality and accuracy before shipping. Organize, package, and ship devices to clients. Work with the deployment team to meet daily and weekly goals. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Comfortable working with phones, Routers, tablets, and computers. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes. Able to lift and move boxes up to 35-40 lbs as needed. Nice to Have (but not required): Prior experience in retail tech, electronics, or warehouse/kitting work. Why Join Us?
